Emery Point is located on the South end of 17 miles long Lake Anna. Our private Estate has more than 1,000 ft of shoreline, deep water boat ramp, docks for several boats, private protected harbor, with a 330 degree Lake view that just can't be matched. Family Reunions:

     This Vacation Estate is the ultimate for family reunions. Spacious and private with so much to offer your family for their special time together. We are located on the end of a private peninsula. Faces west for great sunsets. You'll have a private harbor for your swimming enjoyment.

Weddings:

You can have your ceremony, reception and your honeymoon all on the same piece of heaven. Local Catering available with tents for weddings up to 200 people. Plenty of parking!

  • Fishing is great right off the dock. Catch large mouth bass, striped bass, catfish, carp, bluegills, occasional stickfish and of course great whites.
  • Lake Anna fishing guides will show you how, when and where to catch fish on the lake.
  • Docks on the west side extend out and join together with a 20x20 foot 2 story gazebo over the water. Together they form your own private harbor.
  • Bring your boat and launch at our own concrete boat ramp. You may rent boats at a number of local marinas.
  • Enjoy the KOI pond waterfall in a swaying hammock in the shade located on the south side.
  • 30 minutes from Fredericksburg. 50 minutes from Richmond.
  • 70 minutes from Charlottesville. 90 minutes from Washington.
  • Kings Dominion Water Park is just 18 miles southeast of the Point.
  • Lake Anna Winery is just nine miles away.
  • Spotsylvania County has some of the greatest battlefields of the Civil War.
