RENTAL INFORMATION

CURRENT GUESTS - have first right of refusal for their week for the following year. Current families renting must decide at the end of their week if they wish to renew for the following year. If a family declines to renew we will open up that week to those who have expressed a serious interest.  Interested families must be prepared to commit to the open week soon after it becomes available.

Before we accept a rental deposit or add your family to the waiting list, we would like a family representative to visit our property to make sure it is exactly what you are expecting. Then you can see Emery Point first hand and ask any questions not previously answered. Our desire is that you become a permanent guest and we won't ever have to advertise again! We really enjoy our repeat families and after a few years when we get a warm fuzzy feeling about your family we tend to do more than the normal scope of rentals.

Along with the pleasure of meeting you, we can give you many ideas, suggestions and tips for you to have one terrific family reunion. We have spent years asking our guests for ideas on making this the ultimate Family Re-union Estate. What we have now is the product of all those years efforts. This is a one of a kind Vacation Estate.

Cleaning is performed by a local cleaning team which insures a standard of quality for each family. They charge $200. and that fee is paid directly to them.


WEEKLY RATES

In Season:

MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY............$ 5,500.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday 6pm through Saturday 11am.

  • No weekend rentals during Summer season.

Many families share expenses. Our 7 queen size and 2 double beds will accommodate 18 adults sleeping in beds. $6,000 is a lot of money but when divided by 18 people in beds, it is less than $65 per person. That's not counting kids on cots etc. This is more than just a house on the water! It is your own little estate.


Off Season:

September weeks are mid week to mid week to accomodate weddings:......$3,200
October throught March weeks:....Flexible times......$2,800.

Weekend Rentals from November through April ONLY.
Weekends (ANY FOUR DAY COMBINATION of T F S S M T )........$ 2,100.

Call for info and availability for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years week = $2,800.

There is a damage deposit of $1,000 and is returned after the week rental. To date we have never had to hold back money for damages.

  • NO COMMERCIAL RENTALS
